What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible individuals who have discovered and developed their gifts and are actively using them to serve God and serve others. From making everyone who drives on our property and walk through our doors feel at home by serving on a Sunday Experience Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus with our Youth and Kids team, to creating a worship experience that praises God for who He is and what He does on our Production and Worship Team – we are a group of people who make a difference for the Kingdom of God.

This team of volunteers assists with office and administrative procedures in every ministry department throughout the week. If you are task-oriented and enjoy supporting the leadership “behind the scenes,” then this is the place for you. Age: 18+

This team has the opportunity to engage with the family following the funeral via prayer support, calls, encouraging cards, and preparation of food. Age: 18+

This team donates their time and skill sets in areas of plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and general maintenance to assist with keeping the facilities and grounds of Crosspointe functional and presentable. Age: 18+

This team of professional health care providers and first responders are our first to call upon when faced with an accident or urgent care need during services and events. Age: 18+, Background Check, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

This team oversees sign-in responsibilities, greeting, set up and take down, as well as administrative duties. Age: 14+, in Highschool

This team is organized to help honor guests and facilitate set up/serving and cleaning up for meals regularly provided to our Sunday serve teams. Age: 14+, in Highschool

This team serves as a connection point for members for various events at Crosspointe. At the Information Center individuals can find resources and information about weekend services, Life Groups, Growth Track, and special events. Age: 14+, in Highschool

(Ages birth to 5th grade)
Join this team in leading children into a dynamic relationship with Jesus. This team creates a place where children are boldly exposed to the love of Jesus. They invest in the lives of children by serving in small group leadership, worship, videos, and skits. Age: 12+, in High School, Background Check
Kidpointe is divided into four groups: Kidpointe Mini (ages birth to 2 yrs old) Kidpointe Junior (ages 3 yrs old to kindergarten)

Haven exists to share the love of Christ by assisting children needing special accommodations and their families to become full participants and contributors in the body of Christ. Members of the Haven team partner with families by being one-on-one buddies with the children we serve.
Age: 16+, Background check.

This team believes God uses community to change people’s lives, and as a leader, you get to be a part of that. You don't need to have it all together to lead a Life Group—you just have to be willing to let God use you. Regularly attended a Crosspointe Life Group in the previous semester, a recommendation from your Life Group Leader.

This team provides prayer before, during, and after service, as well as praying upon specific prayer requests. Team members are encouraged to be present and participate in scheduled prayer times. Age: 14+, in Highschool

The Production Team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience that offers ministry through video, lighting, photography, and graphic design. You need no prior experience to be a part of this vital team. Age: 15+

Resonate Student Ministries - Join the team that is discipling the next generation! This ministry includes engaging services, age-appropriate small groups, retreats, and mission’s trips for grades 6th – 12th. Age: 18+, Background check
Young Adults -This team partners with ages 18-29 to help them get connected through weekly services, small groups, outreach opportunities, and so much more.

This team also helps serve at major events in areas such as registration, greeting, food service, and after-service special occasion events. If you have a gift toward food service and/or planning and decorating for events, this is a great opportunity to plug in and serve. Age: 14+, in Highschool

This team consists of greeters, ushers, connections, and parking. They provide a positive experience by welcoming, assisting, and directing individuals as they arrive on campus. It’s our goal to make everyone who drives on our property and walks through our doors feel like they are home. Age: 14+, in Highschool

This team helps address the tidiness of the sanctuary, bathrooms, and other areas of the church between Sunday morning worship services. Age: 14+, in Highschool

Our worship team at Crosspointe leads our congregation in a time of worship for each service. This team is made up of many talented vocalists, musicians, and audio engineers who desire to use their God-given gifts to serve our church in honoring and praising God for who He is and what He has done for us.
