Pastor Stan and April Lester

Stan and April Lester came to Dalton along with their four children, Ansley, Madison, Evan, and Emma, in the fall of 2008 to accept the position as Lead Pastor of Crosspointe. Pastor Stan graduated from Lee University in Cleveland, TN in 1986. Upon graduation, he entered into full-time ministry as the youth pastor at East Chattanooga Church of God. In 1993 Stan and April got married and they have been doing ministry together as a team ever since. They have four children. Stan and April understand the dynamics and importance of a healthy home and family, and this is why they are committed to strong and vibrant children and youth ministries at Crosspointe. Prior to coming to Dalton, they served on staff at Trinity Chapel in Powder Springs, Georgia, for seventeen years. During their time at Trinity, they were a part of a growing and dynamic ministry that grew to over 5,000 people. This ministry experience has helped equip them for their greatest ministry adventure to date… serving the Crosspointe family and the Dalton area. They bring a fresh approach to ministry that is marked by a passion for God and a desire to connect with our community. Stan is a gifted communicator and believes that truth should be conveyed as clearly and creatively as possible. His vision is to see people’s lives transformed by the application of the truth of God’s word.
